Each morning and evening is an opportunity for me to look up and see a physical reminder of God’s abounding power, beauty, love, and grace. “Love Letters in the Sky” is a series of small works in which I studied light and color and various times of the day and the techniques used to capture the energy of each moment. The light, colors, and composition are ever changing and will never be again. Much like the sky, life is ever changing and each day brings new beauty. The moments of jubilee give way to periods of waiting or sorrow. I’m learning to be present in each of the moments because it will never be the same again.
